Quitting The Job…

If you started asking yourself this question “How can I quit my job?”, it probably means you are not enjoying your job anymore, right?

Maybe your job is boring you and you don’t feel passionate about it anymore or maybe you are depressed and not enjoying your days anymore because each day is like the ones before…

Don’t worry, you are not on your own.

Actually, a lot of people are asking themselves this same question. They want more time FREEDOM in their lives. They want to find their passions and purpose in life.

Unfortunately, we are instructed by our societies to live in this way. Go to school and get a job…

So I was asking myself the following questions: “What if I lose my job? What if I am forced to do something I don’t enjoy for the rest of my life, just to get the salary and pay my bills?

I surely didn’t want to keep going down this employees path and I started to think about my way out of it.

I am so grateful that I have found something very interesting that is changing the direction of my entire life, you can check it out here >>

It’s Not an Easy Task

It’s NOT an easy task to quit your job for sure. A job is somehow “secure”. It’s predictable – very predictable.

Quitting your job and embarking on an entrepreneurial journey might seem very scary to most employees.

How can they quit their comfort zone and go for uncertainty and challenges?

In fact, we always have choices and everything in life has advantages and inconveniences.

A job is secure somehow but its daily routine is boring and the salary isn’t adequate with the time and effort we put in, plus lots of the times our work isn’t appreciated. A job makes us dependent on the employers and the salary we earn. We aren’t free in this case.

On the other hand, being an entrepreneur is a great way to be independent and FREE. An entrepreneur is an action taker and high-achiever. Usually, entrepreneurs have dreams and want to bring them to life.

There’s nothing better than having a dream and being ambitious. Your dream will make you alive. The path might be uncertain but it’s definitely worth the ride.

Find an Alternative

Before you quit your job, you need to find an alternative or you might put yourself at difficulty, which we don’t wish to happen to you.

So, first of all, you need to zoom out of your situation a little bit and take a moment to think.

Why are you unhappy with your job?

Is it your career? for example, you chose to be a Software Engineer but after a while, you realized that coding isn’t your thing?

Is it the company you are in?

Is it the employee’s life that you don’t like anymore?

It’s really important to think about the cause of your unhappiness at your job.

Once you get this done, you need to start searching for alternatives. Let’s say the problem for you was the employee’s life and you want to become an entrepreneur.

  • The first step is to do some research. See what is available, what do you like and how you can become an entrepreneur.
  • The second step is to find a good training, an education, and mentorship from people who already achieved what you want to achieve.
  • The third step is to evaluate your decision and verify if it feels right to you. This is very important, by the way. You can accomplish this step by visualizing yourself in the future.

After a few months of researching online, I found that one of the BEST ways to start an online business and become a digital entrepreneur is by joining a community of like-minded people.

Check out this training, education, and community that will help you in becoming a successful digital entrepreneur with more time FREEDOM in your life.

Be Patient

We tend to lose our patience very quickly and quit. Don’t quit! When you quit you fail and you might lose something that could have changed your life.

Don’t listen to people telling you about easy success and overnight miracles. Stay away from these guys.

How can you know that you are on the right path? Well, you just know it, you feel it with every cell of your body.

If you took the time and thought about your life, your problem and why you are unhappy… if you did a complete research about what you love to do and how you can start doing it, then you need to stick with what you have found.

You might not arrive at your goal directly, you might spend years of hard-work until you get to your destination but isn’t worth it?

Isn’t worth it to finally build your life around your passion and live every day as your ideal day?

Plan Your Exit

If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.

So having a clear plan for your exit and for the alternative of your job might save your life.

Check if what you are going to do as an entrepreneur is something you enjoy, it makes you a living and it serves others in a good way.

Check your finances, how much you still have in your account and how you can manage your situation so you won’t need to get back to a job ever again.

Always have 2 plans. Plan A and plan B. Usually plan A is what you really want to do. But what if it doesn’t work? Then you need to secure it with a plan B that will help you during the tough times until you get to your goal.

There’s nothing wrong with doing some simple jobs like homeschooling the kids of your neighborhood, walking the dogs, working as a delivery man or a car driver…

Do this simple job as a means to an end and at the same time keep working on your dream. Learn and improve every day. Even with small steps, try to be consistent always.

My Final Thoughts

Quitting your job and finding an alternative isn’t always an easy task. I struggled a lot with my job. It kept me away from my family, for 10 years now.

I felt stuck and unfulfilled with a job routine that is sucking all my time. I felt dependent on my employer and my life was totally controlled.

I knew there should be a way out but I didn’t know exactly what it is. I kept my hope alive and searched a lot over the internet.

One day I met a couple from Australia who were like me, unpassionate about their jobs, they got a training and an education and now they enjoy a lifestyle of freedom every day.

To cut a long story short, they have introduced me to an amazing community of like-minded digital entrepreneurs who are on the same journey as me – so I joined them.

Since then my life has completely changed, I started building my online business – the best alternative solution to a traditional 9 to 5 job.

I am on my way to be a FREE human being, let the money works for me not all the way around. I am designing my life and work around my passion.

If you want to check this opportunity with an open mind. If you are serious about quitting your job and you are really searching for a solution to have more time, financial and geographical FREEDOM then I highly recommend that you take some time and get this 7 days video training about my mentors and my community.

Thank you for reading and I wish you all the best,

Sometimes we are forced to quit our job but sometimes we have the time to plan our exit.
You are right about managing the work-life balance, which is highly important.
In fact, when we do a work that we really love, it will be an inseparable part of our life.
